Frequently Asked Question
When do I pay for my session?
To reserve your session date, a non-refundable session fee is required at the time of booking. This ensures your spot is held exclusively for you and allows me to prepare with intention. Payment plans are available for artwork and collections—just ask!
I’ve never posed before. Will you help me?
Yes—100%. I’ll walk you through every pose, right down to your fingertips. You don’t need to know a single thing about posing. That’s my job, and I’ll make sure you feel comfortable and confident from start to finish.
I need to cancel my photo session. Can I get my session fee refunded?
Should you need to reschedule, I’ll gladly work with you to find a new date. However, session fees are non-refundable, as your time is reserved exclusively for you.
What happens to my photos after the session?
Your privacy is sacred. Your images are stored securely and never shared without your explicit written permission. You decide which images you want to keep, print, or release—this is your story, and you remain in control.
What kind of editing do you do?
Each image you select is professionally retouched with care. I remove temporary blemishes, smooth skin while preserving texture, and enhance light and color. You’ll still look like you—just your most radiant, confident self.
I’m not a model. Is this really for me?
Absolutely. Most of my clients aren’t models—they’re everyday people: mothers, professionals, creatives, caregivers. If you're ready to celebrate yourself or someone you love, this experience is for you.
Can I do my own makeup?
Yes, absolutely! You're welcome to do your own makeup. However, I highly recommend professional hair and makeup. It’s a great way to feel pampered and ensures you look polished and camera-ready. I work with a trusted artist who can create anything from a natural look to full glam—whatever suits your style. Starting your session feeling confident and prepared makes all the difference.
How far in advance should I book?
Most clients book 1–3 months in advance to allow time for planning, prep, and wardrobe selection. Weekend spots fill quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better.
How soon will I receive my images?
After you’ve selected your favorites and paid in full, professionally edited images and any ordered artwork typically arrive within 4–6 weeks.
Do I have to lose weight first?
Absolutely not. You don’t need to change a thing to be worthy of celebrating yourself. Through expert lighting, flattering posing, and thoughtful styling, I’ll guide you in seeing yourself with confidence and love—exactly as you are.
Can I view and select my portraits on my own?
While it may seem easier to review images on your own, it often leads to overwhelm or delay. I offer a guided image selection experience that makes choosing your favorites simple and stress-free.
Why aren’t photos included in the session fee? Why do I need to pay for them separately?
The session fee covers your time in front of the camera and reserves your date—it's separate from the cost of images. This approach gives you flexibility while ensuring you're only investing in what you truly love. Editing is only provided for the images you select through a collection.
What is Master Retouching?
Master retouching is a detailed, high-end edit applied to images selected for large wall art. When a photo is enlarged, every detail becomes more noticeable—so this extra level of retouching ensures your final artwork looks flawless. Minor imperfections that wouldn’t be visible in a small 5x7 print can stand out at larger sizes, which is why master retouching is included for wall art pieces.

💋 Boudoir-Specific Questions

I don’t own any lingerie. What do I wear?
You don’t need a fancy wardrobe. Many clients bring a few simple pieces—like a robe, a bodysuit, a favorite top, or even just a sheet. You’ll receive a prep guide before your session to help you choose outfits that feel authentic and beautiful.
I don’t know how to look sexy.
You don’t need to “look” sexy—because sexy isn’t about trying. It’s about feeling. I’ll help you relax into the experience and guide you with posing and expressions that feel natural, empowered, and uniquely you.
Have you photographed nude before?
Yes, I have. I photograph tasteful, artistic nudes for clients who choose to include them as part of their experience. These sessions are handled with professionalism, care, and total discretion.
